Directions:

We are located on the 2nd floor of the North Tower at Air Rights Center - 4550 Montgomery Ave. at Waverly, in Bethesda, Maryland and there is plenty of free parking!

From the North (blue) Garage, take elevators to Level 2
and you will find us at Lobby 1. (if you arrive in Lobby 2 just walk down the hall to our lobby)

In the Central Garage, (green) drive up to the 4th parking level and park there, it's a short walk along the Plaza to our entry! (there are plenty of signs to guide you)

Please don't hesitate to call if you'd like further assistance in coming to Royal the 1st time. Construction may create some confusion but we are happy to help. See you soon!
