  • This course is designed for adults of all fitness levels and ages. The techniques learned are simple, yet very effective. No complicated routines; just successful, proven skills that could save your life!

    Elite military, counter terrorism and law enforcement units around the world use the techniques taught here. This system provides an integrated approach of effective striking/joint locks/pressure points combined with an understanding of the law regarding self-defense.

    The approach integrates 'stress inoculation' or desensitization in preparing for violent confrontations. This course focuses on effective neutralization and avoidance of unarmed and armed assailants, and their aftermath.

    Course Description:

    This course is available to both members and non-members and consists of 8 classes each lasting an hour and a half. The course includes an instruction manual.
